What is it?
Nidaza is the platform that organizes your first 45 days in Madrid: which step is next, with which papers and before which deadline. This is what it does, step by step.
Tell us your case
5 minutes: when you arrive, what you study, where you live.
Get your 45-day plan
Every step with its date, its documents and its kit ready.
Arrive and submit
You submit and sign; we prepare and remind you.
The problem
You have 1 month to apply for the TIE from the day you enter. The fingerprints appointment takes 60 to 90 days. Without the padron there is no transport pass. And every office asks for different documents. Everyone gives you advice; nobody runs the plan for you.
1 month
Your legal deadline to apply for the TIE.
60-90 days
The real wait for fingerprints in Madrid.
3 months
How long a padron certificate lasts before it expires.
What you gain
Everything else arrives prepared. This is what you gain:
You never miss a deadline
We remind you before every due date, with your dates.
Zero wasted trips to a counter
Every document checked before the appointment: it works or it needs redoing.
You arrive and just sign
Official forms filled in with your data and the right fee.
Your documents, in one place for good
Nothing lost in email threads or your camera roll.
Your family, calm without chasing you
A read-only link for whoever supports you from home.
You always know what's next
A 45-day plan in the right order, with your next step clear.
Arriving without a plan
- 40 open tabs and a forum from 2019.
- You find out at the counter which paper was missing.
- The WhatsApp group says one thing and your university another.
Arriving with Nidaza
- A plan with your dates and your next step clear.
- Every document checked before you leave home.
- One single source, with the official rule and its date.
Family view
A read-only link for whoever supports you from home: padron done, fingerprints booked, TIE on its way. Your mother sleeps easy and you stop answering the same voice note every night.
Gabriela's plan
Read onlyStep 1: tell us your case
You fill in a 5-minute form: when you arrive (or if you are already in Madrid), what you will study and where, where you are staying and who pays. With that we build your real calendar: the TIE clock starts the day you enter, not on a generic date.
Step 2: get your 45-day plan
Your plan orders the procedures that apply to you, with your dates: padron, TIE, bank, transport pass and insurance. Each step arrives with its kit for the day: the form filled in with your data so you only sign, the right fee and the exact list of what to bring that day.
Step 3: arrive and submit
You request your appointments (they are free and we teach you to request them), attend and submit your applications in your own name. Before each appointment you upload a photo of every document and the traffic light tells you if it works or needs redoing. And we remind you before every deadline, not after.
Who does what
Nidaza
- We prepare your plan and every form with your data.
- We verify every document from a photo before each appointment.
- We remind you of every deadline before it expires.
You
- You sign your applications.
- You attend your appointments (they are free, we teach you to request them).
- You submit your applications in your own name.
We are not lawyers or a gestoria and we never represent you: the normal, legal way is that you submit your own applications. We make sure you reach every counter with everything ready.
