The Arrival Plan includes the Pre-departure Kit if you have not traveled yet.
Our guarantee
If we cannot prepare your case, you do not pay.
If after reviewing your case we conclude we cannot prepare your plan, we refund 100% of what you paid. And if a mistake of ours causes a requerimiento in a procedure we prepared, the support to fix it is included and we refund the price of the affected service.
Also, if you buy as a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, as the law provides. The details are in the terms of service.
